I am reminded of 1 Corinthians 12:12-31 when considering your comments. The founders of this great country actually considered the “body”; the people, their lives, their dreams, their concerns, just as Christ himself considered every body part of the Bride. I feel Verse 22 sums up our forefathers scope when considering the people - “the body”; “On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable….” On the other hand, the totalitarian regimes see a faceless mass only to be used to further their diabolical urges and because of this mindset we experienced the devistation of the masses as seen in Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, and scores of others like them throughout history.
